Fantastisch ☺Fantastisch huis met alle gewenste voorzieningen op een prachtige locatie. Elke dag weggebracht door Martin in de hagglund, prachtige ervaring 👍 en skiënd weer terug naar het huis. Ook erg leuk achter de sneeuwscooter skiën!! Martin en Dominik doen enorm hun best om het iedereen naar het zin te maken en dat is bij ons zeker gelukt 👌 ☹Niets 😁

happy we found this piece of gold! big recommendation! gladly again ☺ the way up to the „boudy“ is worth it: - we were there with 9 people, but there is absolutely enough space for 15 people - during the day the location is great for short and long hikes - e.g. 30min drive to the neighboring town and from there to Sněžka / Schneekoppe - you can take a day trip to the source of the Elbe - or hike to the treetop path (Janské Lázně / Johannisbad) - in the evenings we always relaxed in the sauna and in the whirlpool - there are 3 bathrooms and additionally 2 individual toilets, so there is no problem at all as a large group - in the kitchen is everything, so you can cook on your own - the view right in front of the house is phenomenal (there are also tables and benches, you can have breakfast outside or smoke in the evening) - the contact with the landlord before and during the stay was very good (good restaurant recommendation „Restaurace Vavřinec“: thanks again, it was sooo delicious and a lot cheaper than we thought)

☺V chatě vůbec nic nechybí, vše bylo jako na fotkách. Klid, pohoda, les… ☹nevím, co sem napsat. Snad jen ty pohledy pěších turistů na příjezdové cestě, když cestou na Černou horu uhýbají autům.

Wonderful ☺ The accommodation was perfect, spacious and clean. The location is absolutely wonderfull, yet remote. You are absolutely completely alone and on yourself, pretty much on top of the mountain. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Martin the housekeeper was a good help, and drove us to and from the upper station in the morning and evening, timings always on request. Dominic, the host is a nice guy, who helped us out getting all our gear up to the chalet, and did some extra shopping during the week. The chalet is completely surrounded and pretty much covered by snow during the winter. Its in the middle off the forest, but at the entrance it opens up and gives a wonderful view of the low lands when the weather is clear. An absolute fairytale. The kids absolutely loved it. Sledges were available at the chalet, and there's a little slope right opposite the house where we had quite some fun. We had a wonderful time. ☹ We liked everything, but the following is important to consider. The accommodation is not accessible with normal transportation during the winter. For transportation we depended completely on the Haglund snowmobile driven by Martin. Its a good advice to bring shopping for a week, at least during wintertime. From the upper station its probably a good 400mtrs slightly uphill before the decent starts to the chalet. Its easy enough for the average adult, but we were with small kids, so for the return to the chalet we depended on the Haglund. We spend 650 euro extra on the Haglund. Its was defenitly worth it, yet we did not take this in account on forehand. The decent to the chalet is probably a good 800 metres, and is no problem for the moderate skilled skiers.

luxurious, spacious, high quality house on an idyllic location ☺ most beautiful house we ever rented for a skiing holiday; high quality finish, very spacious with all facilities. perfect personal service from Martin and Dominik. ☹ the location is idyllic and remote, but this is also a challenge regarding transport and shopping. However with the support and service of Martin and Dominik this is absolutely solvable using the Hagglund and snowscooter (very exciting!)

☺Een prachtig huis, voorzien van alle luxe die je maar kunt wensen. Sauna, jacuzzi, fijne bedden, veel ruimte etc. Zelfs een apart hok voor de skies met verwarming voor de schoenen! Handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Bedden keurig opgemaakt. Wasmachine en droger om te gebruiken. Echt prachtig! Alles is nieuw en netjes afgewerkt. Erg schoon en netjes. Dominik doet er alles aan om zijn gasten een fijn verblijf te geven. Martin haalde ons op met de Hagglunds en bracht ons ook daarmee elke dag naar de piste om te skiën. Dat was natuurlijk wel echt een avontuur! ☹Je kunt echt geen boodschappen halen..... dus alles meteen meenemen. Ik had nergens op de site gevonden dat je in de winter niet met de auto bij het huis kunt komen. Je kunt gebruik maken van de Hagglunds, maar dat is niet gratis. Met kinderen zelfstandig naar de piste gaan is niet echt te doen helaas......
